Money Back Offer - Retail and Wellify

  1. “Money Back Guarantee” (“Offer”) is organized and promoted by Piramal Pharma Limited (“Company”) for its the brand “Little’s Expert Baby Care Since 1980™”. All Consumers availing the benefits of this Offer (“Consumer”) shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions laid down herein. The terms and conditions applicable on the Consumer shall be available at wellify.in. It is an absolute discretion of the consumer to avail the benefits of the Offer. However, once Offer is availed terms and conditions as specified herein shall apply. 
  2. The Terms and Conditions of this Offer shall be available in English language only.

Offer Period:

  1. The Offer period is limited for a period of 6 (six) months starting from 1st December 2024 till 31st May 2025 and the decision to extend, modify, or cancel the said period as well as any of the Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) solely lies with the Company.

Eligibility:

  1. This Offer is open to all the Consumers residing in India aged 18 years or above buying the products from Retail Outlets and from Companies Website www.Wellify.in. Consumers availing this Offer represents and warrants to the Company that: (a) Consumer is at least 18 years old; (b) Consumer has not previously been suspended or blocked from participating in the Promotion; (c) Consumers participation in the Promotion is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations; and (d) Consumer is a resident of India.

 

  1. Offer is valid only on single unit purchase of the following packs of Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy Soft Pants:
    1. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy soft pants, Size NB, consisting, 36 units.
    2. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy soft pants, Size S, consisting, 32 units.
    3. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy soft pants, Size M, consisting, 26 units.
    4. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy soft pants, Size L, consisting, 24 units.
    5. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy soft pants, Size XL, consisting, 20 units.
    6. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy soft pants, Size XXL, consisting, 16 units.

The above referred packs will be termed as “Products” for the purpose of these terms and conditions.

  1. Every Consumer shall be eligible for availing the benefit of this Offer only once and will not be allowed to claim money back on second purchase if any.
  2. The offer shall be valid only if both the Product and the Sample Pack are of the same size.
  3. Consumers who are the employee of the Company or its subsidiaries are referred to as “in-house employee’s” for the purpose of these terms and conditions.
  4. Baring the distributor and/or retailer and/or advisors and/or advertising agency and/or media house and/or their employees / relatives (relatives shall include spouse, children and parents) and/or relatives/employees of the Company who are directly involved in organizing this Offer are not eligible to avail the benefits of this Offer.
  5. Consumer will NOT be able to avail the benefit of this Offer under following conditions:
    1. In case Consumer has opened the Product or the Product is used or the Product is damaged in any form.
    2. In case Consumers do not have the original invoice for the goods purchased by them.
    3. In case Consumer has not followed the proper procedure as laid down by the Company under these terms and conditions to claim the refund back and does not have a valid message received from the Company for the refund.

Companies Offer:

  1. Company is running the Offer where following packs will be provided free of cost along with the Product/Products.
    1. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy Soft Pants – Size NB- Pack of 2 units.
    2. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy Soft Pants – Size S- Pack of 2 units.
    3. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy Soft Pants – Size M- Pack of 2 units.
    4. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy Soft Pants – Size L- Pack of 2 units.
    5. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy Soft Pants – Size XL- Pack of 2 units.
    6. Littles Expert Baby Care Since 1980- Fluffy Soft Pants – Size XXL- Pack of 2 units.

For the purpose of these terms and condition, the above-mentioned packs will be termed as “Sample Pack”.

  1. Consumer will be eligible for availing the benefit of full Money Back/ Refund, in case they do not like the products in Sample Packs.

How to avail the Benefits of Offer:

  1. Consumer buying any of the above mentioned Product from a Retail Shop or from www.wellify.in, shall be able to avail the benefit associated with the Offer.
  2. Offer shall be announced and communicated by the Company in offline mode through Danglers and/or Posters at selected Retail Shops and also in online mode through TVC, A+ Content and Banners on Wellify Site.
  3. All the Consumers can avail the benefits pertaining to this Offer by following the procedure as mentioned herein below in clause 17.
  4. Every Consumer shall be eligible to avail the benefit associated with this offer only once and cannot ask for any money back on his/her second purchase. Company shall ask the Consumers to share their personal details such as name, phone number, email id and address along with a valid photo id proof (Aadhar card, and/or Passport) to be eligible to claim the refund upon request raised by the Consumers. Consumers submitting forged documents as identity proof and/or misrepresenting their identity and/or giving false declaration/information shall be disqualified from availing the Offer and Company may take necessary legal action against them.
  5. Procedure Applicable for Retail Store:
    1. Consumer to buy the Product from the Retail Store. The Product will be accompanied with a Sample Pack as defined above of the same size of that of the Product bought.
    2. Upon dissatisfaction with the Sample Pack, Consumer shall within 7 (Seven) days from the date of purchase made/ date of invoice, connect with the Company on the toll-free number of the customer care which is 1800-22-9898 or on email consumercare@piramal.com.
    3. Consumer will have to make an official complaint with the customer care team of the Company and will have to share the ima ge of Product from all the sides for the team to verify if it is eligible for return or not along with the copy of original invoice.
    4. In case the pack is eligible for return, the Company shall send a confirmation message to the customer within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt of the complaint.
    5. Upon receipt of the message, the Consumer can return the Product to the same retail store from where it was bought and the retailer shall verify the contents of the message and return the money back to the consumer.
  6. Procedure Applicable for Wellify:
    1. Consumer to buy the Product from www.wellify.in. The Product when delivered will be accompanied with a Sample Pack as defined above of the same size of that of the Product bought.
    2. Upon dissatisfaction with the Sample Pack, Consumer shall within 7 (Seven) days from the date of purchase made/ date of invoice, connect with the Company on the toll-free number of the customer care which is 1800-22-9898 or on email consumercare@piramal.com.
    3. Consumer will have to make an official complaint with the customer care team of the Company and will have to share the image of Product from all the sides for the team to verify if it is eligible for return or not along with the copy of original invoice and necessary details as required to initiate the refund.
    4. In case the pack is eligible for return, the Company shall send a confirmation message to the customer within 72 (Seventy-Two) hours of receipt of the complaint.
    5. Once the message is sent, Company shall send one of its representative to collect the package and invoice from the Consumer and initiate the refund of amount within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of collection of package and invoice.
  7. Company’s decision is final regarding the eligibility of the Product to be in the returnable condition or not.

Personal Information

  1. The Company is committed in protecting and respecting privacy of the Consumers availing the benefits under this Offer, and only collects personal information in order to check the veracity of the consumer and make refunds if any under the said Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties for communication in respect hereof for limited purpose of this Offer on need to know basis. The Consumers by availing the benefits of this Offer provide their implied consents to usage as mentioned herein and / or acknowledgement/acceptance/declaration. By participating in the Offer the Consumers consent to usage of the details disclosed by them for the purpose of the Offer and/or for the purpose of any promotional activity for any brand of the Company.

General Terms:

  1. By availing the benefits under this Offer and claiming the refund amount from the Company, Consumers undertakes that they have understood the terms and conditions as specified herein and he or she has agreed to the present Terms and Conditions for being part of the Offer. 
  2. The Company reserves the right to alter/withdraw the Offer at any time without prior intimation, including the rights to amend, cancel or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Offer. The Company will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to the applicable laws, to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify the terms and conditions at any time prior to the closing date of the Offer by posting the revised terms at wellify.in. It shall be deemed that the Consumers agree and accepts the revised terms and conditions as well.
  3. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the Offer herein, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on everyone. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Court of Law in Mumbai only.
  4. The decision(s) of the Company in connection with all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and non-appealable.
